From family members and carers:

- Preferences and settings for the companion calling service
- Communications with our support team
From older adults receiving calls:
- Name and telephone number provided by the family member
- Call recordings and transcripts generated during companion calls
- Wellbeing indicators derived from call content
Automatically collected:
- IP address, browser type and device information
- Pages visited and time spent on our website
